Welcome to Tempo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tempo application and services.
Tempo is a scheduling and communication platform designed for bands and musicians. The service helps bands coordinate rehearsals, manage gigs, and communicate with band members via the app, email, and SMS.

Tempo offers optional SMS notifications for band scheduling and communication. By providing your phone number in your profile settings within the Tempo app, you consent to receive SMS messages from Tempo. A disclosure is displayed next to the phone number field at the point of opt-in.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your phone number will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details on SMS opt-in and opt-out procedures, see our SMS Terms & Consent page.
When users navigate to their profile settings in Tempo and choose to add their phone number, the following disclosure is displayed directly below the phone number input field:

Users may also consent by responding to an SMS invitation sent by a band leader. Users can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any message or by removing their phone number from their profile in the app.
You retain ownership of content you create (band info, messages, etc.). By using Tempo, you grant us permission to store and transmit your content to provide the service.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We strive to keep Tempo available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with or without notice.
Tempo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including missed rehearsals, scheduling conflicts, or undelivered messages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tempo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
